Élevé Homme is a brand of Les Maisons de Lucien, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company located in Avon, Indiana. References to "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms refer to Les Maisons de Lucien, LLC DBA Élevé Homme.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original payment method.
Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
Consumable or perishable items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item is defective. Defective consumable items may be returned or exchanged only with prior written authorization from us.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
