Return Policy

At Élevé Homme, every piece is selected with intention and crafted to be worn with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Approved returns must be scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of receiving return authorization — authorizations not fulfilled within this window will be voided and must be resubmitted
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition — unaltered, unwashed, and free of damage, with all original tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be pre-approved before any merchandise is sent back. To begin the process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@elevehomme.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  2. Await approval and return instructions — do not ship items before receiving authorization
  3. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. The return must be scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of receiving your authorization

Élevé Homme is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes paid. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise for your refund to be processed, though posting times may vary by financial institution.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, simply place a new order once your refund has been issued — this ensures you get exactly what you want with no risk of error on our end.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@elevehomme.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you — standard return authorization requirements do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Approved returns not scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of authorization
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards — all gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Underwear, swimwear, grooming products, fragrances, and other personal care items — for health and hygiene reasons, these items are not eligible for return once opened, worn, or used, unless received damaged or defective

Right to Refuse

Élevé Homme reserves the right to refuse a return or refund that does not comply with this policy. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or that are returned without prior authorization may be declined and returned to the sender at their expense.


Shipping

Élevé Homme covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided with your return authorization. Original shipping charges are non-applicable as shipping is provided complimentary on all orders.
