At Élevé Homme, every order is prepared with the same care and intention that goes into every piece we offer. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Complimentary Shipping
Élevé Homme offers complimentary shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees applied at checkout. This applies to all qualifying orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates. These are estimates only — Élevé Homme is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, all transit inquiries should be directed to the carrier using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.
Carriers
We ship via major carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment based on order size, destination, and availability. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Élevé Homme ships to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to international destinations or to the following address types:

P.O. Boxes — delivery to P.O. Boxes is carrier-dependent. Some carriers require a physical street address and may be unable to complete delivery to a P.O. Box. If your order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We recommend providing a physical street address at checkout to avoid any delays.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses — we are currently unable to fulfill orders to military or diplomatic postal addresses.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Élevé Homme is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors, building management, or any alternative drop points

Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly before physical arrival

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to initiate a trace or file a claim

If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@elevehomme.com and we will work with you to investigate and find a resolution

Élevé Homme is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we are committed to working with our customers in good faith to resolve delivery issues wherever possible. |
Return Shipping
